Job summary

Bose Corporation in Troy, Michigan is seeking an Account Manager in the Automotive Systems Division to oversee North American and European business. You will manage commercial relationships, drive pricing and negotiations, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to sustain and grow a diverse customer portfolio.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in automotive account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, communications, or logistics; MBA is a plus.
• 4+ years experience in automotive industry account management, business development, purchasing, or quality management.
• Korean language capability is a plus.
• Experience selling high-tech products; hardware or software.
• Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial relationships with automotive customers including pricing, negotiations, forecasting & planning, contract management, product development support, marketing support, CRM, and factory delivery support.
• Work with cross-functional international teams to maintain existing business and pursue new opportunities.
• Develop and execute an account strategy with teams in Asia, USA, and Europe to drive profitable growth.
• Act as the voice of the customer within Bose and represent Bose at the customer.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across the customer account.
