Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience with automotive OEM, Tier 1, and Tier 2 customers.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact and coordinate needs across teams.
• Develop and execute sales plans to identify, develop, and close new opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate quotes, contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
• Manage customer portal and quotes/submissions.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales, profitability, and satisfaction.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to support decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and drive sales process improvements.
• Attend customer meetings and events, travel as needed.
