Job summary

Bose Corporation in Michigan (Bloomfield Hills or Troy) is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for its Automotive Engineering group. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning software, hardware, and systems engineering to meet technical, schedule, and budget commitments.

You’ll drive governance, KPIs, and risk management, partner with engineering and purchasing, and influence decisions across global teams while delivering outstanding automotive solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years leading complex engineering or technical programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs with multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of PM including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, change management, and governance.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, or ASPICE certification is a plus.
• Experience with automotive, embedded systems, or complex tech development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex automotive programs from ideation through development with defined milestones.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans spanning scope, schedule, technical deliverables, resources, budget, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Drive governance, KPIs, and program reviews with senior leadership.
• Manage supplier and external partner execution and SOWs.
• Influence across globally distributed teams to align priorities and decisions.
