Job summary

Honeywell INC. in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Program Lead to drive complex automation projects across global teams. You will translate strategic objectives into end-to-end program plans, coordinate multiple workstreams, and ensure delivery on scope, schedule, and budget.

You'll report to the Sr. Program Manager on a hybrid schedule, lead cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and partners, and mentor Project Managers while applying disciplined PMO practices and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 4+ years of Automation experience.
• 4+ years of experience in the oil & gas, refining, and/or mining industry.
• 4+ years of Project Management or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the activities of a project team through the life cycle of Honeywell Programs from start to close-out phases.
• Lead and execute ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and change management while driving negotiations with customers and partners.
• Define program goals and success metrics.
• Align multiple project plans to a shared roadmap.
• Communicate program health to senior leadership.
• Drive process improvement and consistency across programs.
