You will shape maintenance strategies for the enterprise fleet and serve as the primary technical authority bridging automation architectures with site execution, driving robust, scalable, and compliant solutions. You will mentor project teams, work with vendors and system integrators, and ensure delivery excellence while managing safety and cybersecurity requirements across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical field.
5+ years building and deploying industrial automation solutions in large-scale organizations.
Strong knowledge of automation architectures, industrial safety standards, and cybersecurity protocols.

Responsibilities

Define and implement global deployment standards and policies for field service automation.
Drive concept development, build, integration, and commissioning activities for field service automation projects.
Lead and execute project scope, schedules, deliverables, and integration requirements with vendors and internal teams.
Manage all aspects of field service automation deployment, including installation, testing, and transition to production, ensuring safety and cyber standards compliance.
Monitor KPIs, budgets, milestones, and risks to ensure delivery excellence.
Foster documentation and collaboration across engineering, operations, safety, cybersecurity, and IT/OT.
