GE Vernova is seeking a Readiness & Enablement Leader to drive automation transformation across its global sites. You will partner with plant teams to prepare sites, conduct readiness assessments, and close gaps in lean, digital infrastructure, and workforce capability.

The role requires hands-on leadership at plants, translating enterprise strategy into practical execution while coaching senior plant leaders and operators to build sustainable automation capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• Extensive experience in industrial transformation and automation deployment.
• Strong collaboration and leadership across diverse plant teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with plant teams to plan and accelerate site readiness for automation.
• Lead readiness assessments covering lean maturity, digital systems, and workforce capability.
• Provide on-site coaching and knowledge transfer to build local ownership.
• Support standardization of processes and practices for enablement.
• Coordinate upgrades with IT/OT, facilities, and leadership teams.
• Track progress, risks, and outcomes; report to Director, Automation Enablement.
• Develop and share best practices, tools, and templates for readiness.
• Support workforce training and engagement to foster a culture of automation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across sites and teams.
