Job summary

Jing-Jin Electric North America, LLC is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to support procurement-to-payment processes in a fast-paced automotive environment. The role involves purchasing, accounts payable, inventory control, and supplier collaboration to ensure timely, accurate payables.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in auto industry purchasing, strong English skills, and familiarity with PC and Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Accounting or Business Administration preferred)
• 2+ years purchasing experience in the auto industry
• Experience in an international business environment is desirable
• English proficiency required; Chinese proficiency preferred
• Proficient with PC and Office tools; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Support procurement-to-payment processes including purchasing and accounts payable
• Assist with periodic inventory reporting and cycle counts
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and audit inventory transactions
• Reconcile supplier accounts to ensure payables are accurate and timely
• Monitor accounts payable email and coordinate with buyers and requisitioners
• Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payments or invoices
• Coordinate with procurement, receiving and suppliers to resolve issues
• Collect and process data to maintain departmental KPIs
• Perform other related duties as required
