Responsibilities

• Check and correct purchase order content to fulfil BOS, SOX, POS standards.
• Support Approve Suppliers List adds and changes as necessary.
• Check purchase requisition and create purchase orders as requested.
• Ensure requested products/services align with commodity strategies and Approved Suppliers list.
• Process and follow up purchase orders and approval process in ERP System.
• Send purchase orders to vendors.
• Support plants in local sourcing in line with commodity strategy and targets to limit supplier base.
• Support accounts payable with invoice reconciliation.
• For audits, provide purchasing information and support to plant teams.
