Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Manager to shape the Authorized Parties digital experience, driving vision, outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration across private banking, risk, and compliance domains.

You will draft and validate requirements with AI-assisted tooling, maintain traceability from objectives to delivered capabilities, and lead delivery across multiple teams while ensuring governance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering digital products, technology applications, or platform capabilities.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services.
• Translate ambiguity into clear, testable requirements (functional and non-functional).
• Demonstrated AI SDLC experience across use case definition, data readiness, model development, validation, deployment, governance.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs spanning multiple teams, including release and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and data-driven delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, outcomes, and success metrics for the Authorized Parties digital experience.
• Lead discovery to understand Private Bank client needs, advisor workflows, and constraints.
• Produce and maintain high-quality requirements artifacts (functional and non-functional), acceptance criteria.
• Leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to draft, refine, and validate requirements content.
• Own the requirements operating model across business, design, engineering, data, and risk/control partners.
• Manage a prioritized roadmap and backlog across multiple teams; coordinate delivery and dependencies.
• Influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders across lines of business and control functions; frame trade-offs.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on complex data structures to ensure correctness and operability.
• Define and prioritize AI and advanced analytics use cases with governance and risk built in from the start.
• Ensure adherence to risk, controls, compliance, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead working sessions, demos, and delivery readouts; drive continuous improvement focused on outcomes and quality.
