JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Senior Associate, Product Manager for Delegated Experiences and Agentic AI in Trust and Security. You will translate customer and business needs into clear requirements and coordinate delivery across product and technology teams.

You will use data, user feedback, and structured discovery to continuously improve the product experience, manage dependencies, and ensure features are delivered with quality and readiness.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in product management or product delivery within a software development environment.
• Knowledge of the product development lifecycle including discovery, requirements definition, and delivery.
• Experience defining and managing product lifecycle activities from inception through production release.
• Experience translating needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience using agile delivery and issue-tracking tools like Jira or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify product opportunities through user research, discovery, and customer feedback.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of new features on the end-to-end product experience.
• Support journey mapping, market analysis, and discovery activities to inform the product roadmap.
• Analyze and monitor product and delivery metrics across time, cost, quality, and outcomes throughout the development lifecycle.
• Write clear requirements, epics, and user stories to enable effective build and delivery.
• Facilitate technical and non-technical discussions with cross-functional delivery teams to implement features.
• Partner with quality assurance teams on end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, and post-release validation.
• Drive prioritization and problem-solving across teams, balancing speed, scalability, quality, and business readiness.
• Promote consistent practices for product management, product development, release management, and user support.
