Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Product Manager to enhance the Authorized Parties digital experience.

You will lead discovery with Private Bank clients, draft high-quality requirements, and collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure correct, testable specifications. You will leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to improve clarity, accelerate delivery, and maintain governance across risk and controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering digital products or platforms.
• 3+ years in financial services
• Ability to translate ambiguity into clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
• Experience with AI SDLC, governance, and risk management
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs across teams
• Strong written and verbal communication, executive-ready materials

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, outcomes, and success metrics for the Authorized Parties digital experience.
• Lead discovery to understand Private Bank client needs, advisor workflows, and constraints.
• Produce and maintain high-quality requirements artifacts to support build, test, and release readiness.
• Leverage VS Code and AI-assisted tooling to draft, refine, and validate requirements content.
• Own the requirements operating model across business, design, engineering, data, and risk/control partners.
• Manage a prioritized roadmap and backlog across multiple teams; coordinate delivery and dependencies.
• Influence and drive decisions with senior stakeholders; clearly frame trade-offs and recommendations.
• Partner with engineering and data teams on complex data structures to ensure correctness and operability.
• Define and prioritize AI and analytics use cases to improve client outcomes with governance built in.
• Ensure adherence to JPMorganChase risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead working sessions, demos, and delivery readouts; drive continuous improvement focused on outcomes and quality.
