Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a highly experienced Global Technology Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of the Global Audit Platform, a multi-year transformation across the global network. You will partner with product owners, methodology leaders, and vendors to deliver a scalable, AI-enabled audit platform that unifies methodologies and analytics.

Location is flexible near an RSM office; travel domestically and internationally will be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
8+ years of program management or related experience.
Experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead complex cross-functional workstreams supporting the Global Audit Platform roadmap.
Manage delivery across product management, UX, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management.
Monitor vendor performance, contractual commitments, deliverables, and milestones.
Drive program planning, release planning, and MVP prioritization to optimize value delivery.
Coordinate pilot initiatives, readiness activities, and deployment planning; support change management.
