Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the Global Audit Platforms initiative. You will oversee cross-functional teams across product, UX, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management, guiding the program from strategy to delivery.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage governance and risks, and drive value through agile planning, vendor coordination, and milestone tracking in a fast-paced transformation environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of program management, product delivery, consulting, technology transformation, or related experience.
• Experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of Global Audit Platforms and cross-functional roadmaps.
• Manage delivery across PM, UX, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management teams.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, risks, assumptions, and decision logs.
• Establish governance mechanisms and executive reporting processes.
• Drive execution against strategic objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality targets.
• Coordinate pilots, user feedback, readiness activities, and deployment planning.
• Support platform adoption through change management and training teams.
• Monitor vendor performance and manage strategic delivery partners and contracts.
• Escalate and resolve issues affecting scope, cost, or schedule.
