Job summary

RSM is seeking a highly experienced Global Technology Program Manager to lead the development and deployment of the Global Audit Platform, a strategic multi-year transformation initiative designed to modernize how audits are delivered using digital technology across the global RSM network. Location is flexible but near an RSM US office; domestic and international travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of program management, product delivery, consulting, technology transformation, or related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs involving multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and operate effectively within fast-paced transformation environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional workstreams supporting the Global Audit Platform roadmap.
• Manage delivery across multiple teams including product management, user experience, architecture, engineering, methodology, operations, deployment, and change management.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and decision logs.
• Establish governance mechanisms and executive reporting processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Drive program execution against strategic objectives, timelines, budget expectations, and quality targets.
