Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a highly experienced Global Technology Program Manager to lead the Global Audit Platform transformation across the firm. Location is flexible near an RSM US office; travel domestically and internationally is required.

The role requires coordinating with product owners, methodology leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver strategic initiatives that modernize audit delivery through digital platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 8+ years of program management or related experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale global enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise software development.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cross-functional workstreams for the Global Audit Platform roadmap.
• Coordinate delivery across product, UX, architecture, engineering, and operations teams.
• Establish governance, milestones, risks, and decision logs with senior leadership.
• Drive program execution within timelines, budget, and quality targets.
• Partner with change management and deployment teams to support adoption.
