Darktrace is seeking a Senior Manager, Audience Marketing to lead global customer programs, events and targeted GTM initiatives that generate pipeline and customer advocacy. You will design, own and run programs across the journey, partnering with marketing, product marketing and customer success to engage audiences and demonstrate value.

This role combines strategy with scalable execution in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; marketing experience preferred.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing with technology experience.
• Experience marketing cybersecurity, cloud, AI, or platform solutions is a plus.
• Proven track record in driving pipeline and influencing sales outcomes.
• Storytelling with clear value and benefits that drive action.
• Experience with ABM, field marketing and events management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 3-5 targeted programs annually to drive pipeline and meetings.
• Manage active marketing plans and customer journeys across regions.
• Create activation-ready toolkits by audience for consistent experiences.
• Own global customer event portfolio including Tech Meetups and Defender Days.
• Collaborate with marketing, product marketing, customer success, and sales.
