This role sits in the Controlling function, focusing on financial controls and management reporting for management and shareholders. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, and prepare periodic complex financial statements, while assisting executive management with strategic initiatives and improving reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated information and convey performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to employees. Monitor training and development. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules and deadlines.
• Prepare periodic complex financial statements and approve audit and tax documents.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of accounting and reporting systems.
