Job summary

KBR is seeking an Operations Specialist (Contingency) to coordinate daily logistics, inventory control, and asset identification within the Global Asset Management group. You will liaise with customers, freight carriers, and the shipping department to optimize shipments and costs, while maintaining rigorous data integrity and supporting audits.

The role requires meeting schedules, adhering to safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in asset management processes.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma or GED and 4 years of work experience are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Secret Clearance (Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the organization’s daily logistics operations, including receiving, inventory control, and identification.
• Ensure operational efficiency across multiple outcomes and organize warehousing for assets.
• Review inventory to ensure property records are properly applied.
• Maintain data in eQuip and reconcile discrepancies to ensure 100% data integrity.
• Support internal and external property audits and meet project timelines.
