Job summary

We are seeking a detail oriented Operations Specialist to join KBR's GAM group. The role coordinates daily logistics, manages inventory, and handles inbound/outbound shipments while interfacing with customers and carriers. It supports cost efficiencies and asset tracking across multiple facilities.

This contingent position emphasizes adherence to Cash/Property controls and government property standards, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork within a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• High School diploma with 4 years of related experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistical operations including receiving, inventory control, and asset movement.
• Serve as liaison between customers, freight carriers, and shipping departments.
• Support cost control by evaluating shipments and consolidating loads.
