Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Head Asset Management (AM) GTM Lead to drive go-to-market strategies for the AM portfolio. You will report to the Global Head Autonomous IT GTM and influence growth, adoption, and operational excellence across software, hardware, and cloud assets.

The role demands senior stakeholder engagement with CIOs, strong analytical storytelling, and a track record in SaaS/enterprise tech. This position offers visibility and a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM strategy, solution sales, ops or customer success with senior experience.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Strong storytelling and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage strategic customers to understand needs, drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Design and activate sales plays to maximize pipeline and NNACV.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing for cohesive execution.
• Lead CIO GTM plays, motions, and readiness across geographies.
• Advance AM attach rate and expansion in CIO/IT deals per GTM priorities.
• Refine messaging with Product Solution Marketing for impact across channels.
• Partner with AM BU to shape GTM strategy, pricing, packaging and positioning.
• Coordinate with GPC, CEG, PSM, and Industry Solutions for scalability.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and solution enablement for growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitive shifts to inform strategy.
