Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Head Asset Management GTM Lead to drive GTM strategies for the AM portfolio, reporting to the Global Head Autonomous IT GTM. This role will contribute to growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence in the Autonomous IT motion across multiple regions.

You will engage strategic customers, craft prioritized sales plays, and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to ensure cohesive execution and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM strategy or related fields with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Proven track record in strategic initiatives and operational execution in complex environments.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g. CIOs) and influencing decisions.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with strategic customers to understand needs, drive adoption and satisfaction.
• Design and activate prioritized sales plays to maximize pipeline and NNACV.
• Collaborate with sales, product and marketing for cohesive execution.
• Drive CIO GTM plays across geographies with field enablement and performance tracking.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion by increasing AM attach rate and expansion.
