Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Head Asset Management GTM Lead to drive go-to-market strategies across the AM portfolio. You will report to the Global Head Autonomous IT GTM and collaborate with sales, product, and marketing to grow the business, reduce cost and risk for customers, and ensure operational excellence in a complex, matrixed environment.

The role requires senior stakeholder engagement, strategic execution, and a passion for customer-centric innovation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, solution sales, business operations, or customer success, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational execution in complex, matrixed environments.
• Deep experience engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g. CIOs) and influencing executive decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with strategic customers to understand needs, drive adoption, and ensure satisfaction.
• Design and activate prioritized sales plays that maximize pipeline generation, progression, and NNACV.
• Drive CIO GTM plays, repeatable motions, and readiness programs across geographies, ensuring field enablement and performance tracking.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion by increasing AM attach rate and expansion across CIO/IT deals.
• Elevate, simplify, and transform solution messaging in partnership with Product Solution Marketing.
• Collaborate with the AM BU to refine GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
• Drive integration of GTM initiatives across partnerships, channels, and solution teams for scalability.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and solution partner enablement for joint growth.
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform GTM strategy and positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.
