Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Head Asset Management GTM Lead to drive GTM strategies for the AM portfolio, reporting to the Global Head Autonomous IT GTM, and partnering with sales, product, and marketing to grow revenue and improve customer outcomes.

The role requires storytelling with senior stakeholders, designing high-value sales plays across regions (AMS, EMEA, APAC, Japan), and aligning messaging with Product Solution Marketing to address asset management challenges for global customers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in GTM strategy, solution sales, business operations, or customer success, with 3+ years in a senior role.
• Proven track record driving strategic initiatives and operational execution in complex, matrixed environments.
• Deep experience engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g., CIOs) and influencing executive decision‑making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology preferred.
• Familiarity with asset management – SAM, HAM, or cloud/SaaS spend – is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers to understand needs, drive adoption, and ensure satisfaction.
• Design and activate prioritized sales plays to maximize pipeline and NNACV.
• Drive CIO GTM plays, repeatable motions, and readiness programs across geographies.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion by increasing AM attach rate and expansion.
• Elevate, simplify, and transform messaging with Product Solution Marketing.
• Collaborate with AM BU to develop GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, and positioning.
• Drive integration of GTM initiatives across partners, CEG, PSM, and Industry Solutions.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and solution partner enablement.
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform GTM strategy and positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.
• Support deal execution across stages and high-impact deals.
