Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Global Head Asset Management (AM) GTM Lead to drive go-to-market strategies for the AM portfolio. You will report to the Global Head Autonomous IT GTM and influence growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence across the Autonomous IT motion.

You will design sales plays, drive CIO-level GTM programs across regions, and partner with Product Marketing to sharpen messaging and market positioning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in GTM strategy, solution sales, business operations, or customer success, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and operational execution in complex environments.
• Deep experience engaging with senior stakeholders (e.g. CIOs) and influencing executive decision-making.
• Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology is preferred.
• Familiarity with asset management – SAM, HAM, and cloud/SaaS spend – a plus.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with strategic customers to understand needs, drive adoption, and ensure satisfaction.
• Design and activate prioritized sales plays that maximize pipeline generation, progression, and NNACV.
• Drive CIO GTM plays, repeatable motions, and readiness programs across geographies.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion by increasing AM attach rate and expansion across CIO/IT deals.
• Elevate and transform solution messaging with Product Solution Marketing for clarity and impact.
• Collaborate with the AM BU to develop GTM strategies including pricing, packaging, and market positioning.
• Drive GTM initiatives across Global Partnerships & Channels, CEG, PSM, and Industry Solutions for scalability.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and solution partner enablement.
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform GTM strategy and positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.
