Job summary

AbbVie is seeking an Archive Records Analyst to lead high-priority records management initiatives across the company. You will support the global deployment of lifecycle governance and applications within the Electronic Records Archiving Center of Practice, reporting to the AbbVie Archive Senior Manager/Manager.

You will interface with global teams, drive governance across programs, and ensure compliance with policies while managing communications and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing, regulatory affairs or quality.
• 5+ years of experience in records management and/or working in an archive.
• Knowledge and hands on experience with a Document and/or Records Management System
• Experience in a complex, matrixed environment
• Robust communication skills, both oral and written
• Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

• Lead records management enterprise governance.
• Contribute to program performance and records strategy implementation.
• Interface with global records management teams.
• Monitor and report deployment plans and milestones to management.
• Provide status updates on milestones to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with archiving IT systems and teams.
• Create and deliver communications for various audiences.
• Assist with budget considerations and policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
