Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL is seeking an Archive Records Analyst to lead records management governance and support the electronic archiving program. The role covers global deployment of the records lifecycle governance for GxP-regulated records and interfaces with multiple global teams.

You will monitor project plans, provide updates to management, and ensure compliance with applicable policies while collaborating with IT and business stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in records management in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device manufacturing, regulatory affairs or quality.
• Experience with document/records management systems and global deployments.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for records management enterprise
• Contribute to program performance per the records strategy
• Interface with global records management teams
• Monitor and report on deployment plans/deliverables for management
• Provide status updates to milestones for management and stakeholders
• Collaborate with IT archiving systems and teams
• Develop and deliver communications across levels and regions
• Manage within budgetary requirements and ensure compliance
