Job summary

Inspire in Atlanta seeks an experienced leader to head Franchise Revenue AR and collections. You will ensure resources, structure, and policies support a dynamic business environment, manage cross‑functional teams, and minimize AR exposure through timely collections.

You will work with the Hyderabad team on billing, cash application, unapplied cash, and related processes while driving improvements and governance across ERP systems and payments services.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 10+ years of progressive AR and collections experience with at least 5 years of management supervision.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and aligns departmental priorities and sets direction for the work group.
• Leads team members with day-to-day direction regarding the collection of delinquent accounts and store transfers.
• Advise and coach staff on best practices and monitor execution using KPI reporting.
• Oversee daily activity including billing and cash application, credit and unapplied cash management.
• Provides expertise to cross-functional teams and leads process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Resolves customer issues with timely, accurate responses and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure AR activity and estimates reflected in the general ledger (Oracle Cloud).
• Collaborates on franchisee workout plans with franchise field reps and legal counsel.
• Other duties as assigned by AR Director or Sr. Director.
