Job summary

Care Access seeks a Director, Global Financial Operations to lead AP, AR and Revenue Operations, ensuring compliant, scalable financial processes and accurate reporting. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize cash flow, drive automation across ERP platforms, and strengthen internal controls while guiding budgeting and forecasting.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum Experience: At least 8 years in financial operations, with 3–5 years in leadership overseeing AP, AR, and/or Revenue operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AP, AR, and Revenue lifecycle for accurate billing, timely collections, and compliant revenue recognition.
• Lead process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Manage and optimize financial systems and reporting for real-time visibility and month-end close support.
• Build and mentor a high-performing financial operations team with clear goals and accountability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Legal, and IT to align financial processes with business objectives.
