Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Collections Assistant to manage a portfolio of worldwide customer receivables within our Accounts Receivable team. You will pursue collections, verify and reconcile data, and collaborate across sales, operations, and finance to keep TI’s cash flow healthy.

This role offers exposure to ERP systems like SAP, data analytics tools, and cross-functional partnerships to resolve payment issues, assess creditworthiness, and support month-end close.

Qualifications

• Real financial expertise in accounts receivable and credit risk management.
• Experience collaborating with sales, operations and finance to resolve payment issues.
• Ability to analyze data and identify root causes of delays.
• Comfort using ERP systems and analytics to drive collections performance.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of worldwide customer accounts and monitor payment behavior.
• Pursue collection and reconciliation of trade and non-trade receivables using defined workflows.
• Verify, post, and reconcile accounts receivable data for accuracy.
• Reconcile ledgers, monitor incoming payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Evaluate credit line requests and assess credit worthiness.
• Communicate with customers globally to resolve issues within SLAs.
