Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end cash collection process and timely invoicing updates.
• Oversee collection emails and record updates in ERP.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with clients and internal teams.
• Produce monthly risk reports for Finance and Sales Leadership.
• Ensure SLAs are met and collaborate cross-functionally.
