Job summary

Siemens EDA is seeking a dynamic Support Manager for the HyperLynx tool suite to empower customers and drive innovation. You will lead a global team of skilled engineers, engage with customers, and collaborate with sales to deliver innovative solutions across complex PCB designs.

This hybrid role requires 10+ years in electrical system design, and proficiency with HyperLynx, Sigrity, and other PCB tools. You will help shape product feedback and influence future product evolution.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of electrical system design.
• Experience with PCB analysis tools such as HyperLynx, Sigrity, Ansys or similar.
• Familiarity with PCB design tools such as Xpedition Enterprise, Cadence Allegro, Altium or similar.
• Awareness of AI/ML concepts and potential applications to support processes.
• Self-motivated to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead a high-performing team of engineers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a global team of Support Engineers.
• Identify trends in customer base to assess product performance.
• Use data analytics to summarize team performance and challenges.
• Interface with customers and engineering for feedback.
• Engage in customer-facing meetings to build relationships.
• Collaborate with sales to craft solutions for customers.
• Provide feedback to Product Marketing and Engineering for product evolution.
• Represent Siemens EDA at marketing and sales events.
