Job summary

Siemens EDA Global Support is seeking a dynamic Support Manager for the HyperLynx tool suite. You will lead a global team of support engineers, drive customer outcomes, and collaborate with account teams to expand product usage.

A strong background in electrical design and PCB analysis is required, with a vision for AI/ML enabled processes. The role involves cross-functional engagement, strategic analytics, and close interaction with Sales, Product Marketing, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of electrical system design.
• Experience with PCB analysis tools such as HyperLynx, Sigrity, Ansys or similar.
• Leadership experience in a global, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse, global team of highly skilled Support Engineers.
• Proactively identify trends in the customer base and overall market to help assess product performance.
• Leverage data analytics to provide summaries of team performance, accomplishments, and strategic challenges.
• Interface with customers and Electrical Board Systems engineering to facilitate vital two-way feedback.
• Actively engage in internal and external customer-facing meetings, fostering relationships and understanding evolving needs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to craft and deliver innovative solutions addressing complex customer requirements.
• Provide proactive feedback into Product Marketing and Engineering to drive product improvement and evolution.
• Represent Siemens EDA and HyperLynx expertise at key events to showcase value.
