Job summary

BVNK is seeking an Implementation Manager in the United States to own customer onboarding from commercial close to production go-live. You will coordinate technical integration, configuration, testing, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment to move customers from contract to live payments.

You'll lead implementation kickoffs, establish governance, guide API and payment integrations, resolve blockers with cross‑functional teams, and drive momentum for on‑time launches in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, data flows and software integrations.
• Experience in technical implementation, delivery, integration management or professional services.
• Strong project and program management skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from handoff to production go-live.
• Plan milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and launch dates.
• Lead kickoff meetings and establish governance for the delivery process.
• Guide customers through BVNK APIs, webhooks, authentication methods, and payment infrastructure.
• Coordinate testing, sandbox integration, certification, operational readiness, and production launch activities.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and BVNK teams during implementation.
• Resolve blockers with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations.
• Identify risks early and establish mitigation plans.
• Maintain clear communication with customer and internal stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and next steps.
• Create scalable implementation playbooks and documentation.
