Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Client Success, Project Manager, to join our API Onboarding Team in Lake Mary, FL. Lead end-to-end onboarding initiatives for outsource clearing and client success, coordinating with Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management to ensure smooth production go-lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent education; MBA preferred.
• 7–10 years of total work experience (preferred).
• Project management experience in financial services.
• Experience with FIX 4.4, XML and API onboarding.
• Agile, Scrum or PMP experience/certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding initiatives for clients.
• Partner with clients and internal teams across Product, Technology, Operations, and Relationship Management.
• Deliver seamless implementations and successful production go-lives.
• Provide cross-functional leadership for complex client-facing onboarding programs.
