BVNK, the stablecoin-powered fintech now part of Mastercard, is hiring an Implementation Manager in the United States. You will own successful onboarding of customers onto the BVNK platform from contract to production go-live, coordinating technical integration and stakeholder alignment.

You will guide customers through BVNK APIs, webhooks, authentication, and payments infrastructure, manage risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive implementation momentum.

Formación

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows.
• Experience in technical implementation, delivery, integration management, or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong payments infrastructure knowledge; crypto/stablecoins experience is advantageous.
• Ability to lead complex customer implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project management and deadline-driven delivery.
• Excellent communication and expectation management with customers.
• Organizational and prioritization skills for multiple concurrent implementations.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset focused on value delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own implementations from handoff to successful production go-live.
• Manage implementation plans, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and launch dates.
• Lead kickoff meetings and establish governance for the delivery process.
• Guide customers through BVNK APIs, webhooks, authentication, and payments infrastructure.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure alignment with the sales-driven solution.
• Coordinate testing, sandbox integration, certification, readiness, and production launch.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers and BVNK teams during implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Operations to resolve blockers.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and escalate to specialists as needed.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans; maintain progress updates with stakeholders.
• Manage scope changes and ensure approvals for material changes.
• Ensure standards before production; document playbooks and best practices.
• Create repeatable processes to improve time-to-live and scalability.
• Provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Solutions Engineering.
