Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable to lead the domestic and international AP team, ensure timely vendor payments, and strengthen controls.

The role drives automation, including OCR invoice capture, 2- and 3-way matching, and electronic payments, while managing onshore and offshore staff, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounts payable or procure-to-pay management experience.
• Experience with onshore and offshore or outsourced teams.
• SAP experience required; OpenText, xSuite, and Infor Nexus knowledge a plus.
• Experience with domestic and international vendors.
• Ability to lead AP automation and transformation initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage onshore and offshore AP teams for domestic and international vendors.
• Allocate workload, manage service levels, and coach staff.
• Lead transformation efforts with automation, OCR/AI invoice capture, and automated matching.
• Drive electronic payments and straight-through posting in SAP; partner with IT on tools like xSuite and Infor Nexus.
• Establish and report AP KPIs and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice-to-payment process and resolve discrepancies with Sourcing, Production, and Logistics.
• Manage weekly payment runs and multi-currency transactions; collaborate with Treasury on cash forecasting.
• Support monthly AP close, accruals, and intercompany balances; maintain vendor master data integrity.
