Centric Brands is seeking a Manager, Accounts Payable to lead the AP team across domestic and international vendors. You will drive automation initiatives, including OCR/AI capture and automated matching, while ensuring accurate payments and strong controls.

You will manage onshore and offshore staff, report KPIs, and partner with IT and Treasury to optimize processes and cash forecasting. A strong background in SAP and multi‑currency payments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounts payable or procure‑to‑pay management experience.
• Domestic and international accounts payable including experience with direct and indirect vendors.
• Proven track record leading AP automation and transformation initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead domestic and international AP across multiple countries and ensure accurate, timely vendor payments.
• Drive transformation initiatives replacing manual processes with automation (OCR/AI invoice capture, automated 2- & 3-way matching, electronic approvals).
• Manage onshore and offshore teams and KPI-driven performance with clear metrics.
• Oversee end-to-end invoice-to-payment process and resolve PO/receiving/invoice discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT on tools like xSuite and Infor Nexus; partner with Treasury on cash forecasting.
• Support monthly AP close, including accruals and reconciliations; maintain vendor master data integrity.
