CV Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and modernize our AP function in a fast-growing tech environment. You will own the end-to-end AP lifecycle, drive process improvements, and implement automated platforms to reduce manual work.

In this role, you will strengthen internal controls, manage month-end close, ensure accurate 1099 compliance, and mentor the AP team. Collaboration with procurement and finance is essential to scale operations efficiently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related field.
• 5+ years in corporate Accounts Payable or accounting operations.
• 4+ years of direct people management experience.
• Experience with cloud-based ERP systems (Tier 1 or Tier 2).
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth corporate setting.
• Proficiency with procure-to-pay (P2P) automation tools and strong cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the end-to-end Accounts Payable lifecycle.
• Oversee invoice capture, coding, matching, department approvals, vendor onboarding, and timely disbursement schedules.
• Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of an automated AP platform to reduce manual workflows.
• Create, document, and implement standardized AP workflows, SOPs, and corporate expense policies.
• Strengthen internal controls with segregation of duties and multi-tier approval workflows.
• Coordinate monthly close procedures, including expense accruals, aging reports, vendor account reconciliations, and balance sheet reviews.
• Manage yearly 1099 compliance, vendor tax documentation, and support regional tax filings.
• Serve as primary contact for auditors requesting AP documentation.
• Establish departmental KPIs and mentor the AP staff.
