Job summary

IGT is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to oversee global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations. You will lead internal teams and manage outsourced providers to ensure accurate supplier payments, timely reimbursements, and robust financial controls.

You will partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, and Finance to drive process improvements, automation, and working capital optimization while maintaining audit readiness and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in AP/shared services/finance operations.
• Experience with SAP and Concur and process automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Experience managing outsourced providers (e.g., Genpact).

Senior Manager – Accounts Payable and Travel & Entertainment

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented leader to oversee global Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely supplier payments, employee reimbursements, financial controls compliance, and operational excellence across the Procure-to-Pay environment. The Senior Manager will provide leadership over both internal teams and outsourced service providers, including Genpact, while driving process improvement, automation, service quality, and working capital optimization.

The position will be accountable for achieving service level commitments, maintaining audit-ready processes, strengthening controls, and partnering cross-functionally to continuously improve the end-to-end AP and T&E experience. This role serves as a key business partner to Procurement, Treasury, HR, Accounting, Internal Audit, and Finance leadership to support organizational objectives and ensure efficient, scalable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely supplier payments, expense reimbursements, and month-end activities.
• Manage outsourced service providers, including drive accountability, issue resolution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across outsourced teams.
• Maintain strong internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Partner with Procurement, Treasury, HR, Finance, and Accounting to improve operational performance.
• Support working capital optimization and cash management objectives.
• Develop and lead a high-performing AP and T&E organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of AP, Shared Services, Procure-to-Pay, or Finance Operations experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and outsourced service providers.
• Strong knowledge of AP operations, T&E processes, internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), Concur, and process automation tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
