IGT, a global leader in gaming, seeks an Accounting Manager, Close and Consolidations, to lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close under U.S. GAAP.

You will oversee consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency accounting, reconciliations, and reporting with collaboration across regional finance teams, Tax, and FP&A. Based in Reno, NV, you will drive process improvements, maintain controls, and mentor accounting staff while ensuring timely and accurate consolidated

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience including close and consolidations.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, intercompany accounting and eliminations, foreign currency remeasurement and translation.
• Experience with SAP and financial consolidation systems; SAP ECC/ECCS and Oracle HFM preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze large datasets and reconcile balances.
• Experience maintaining internal controls and supporting audits; SOX experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage close and consolidation activities, maintain the close calendar, deadlines, and escalate issues.
• Prepare and review consolidation journal entries and schedules; ensure adjustments are reflected in final results.
• Coordinate intercompany profit eliminations across global entities and ensure proper recognition.
• Maintain and validate foreign exchange rates; perform remeasurement and translation adjustments.
• Perform consolidation processing in SAP and company systems; manage entries and runs.
• Prepare consolidation reconciliations; investigate differences and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Coordinate trial balance submissions and validate data mappings and outputs.
• Support cash flow data downloads and reconciliation to consolidated results.
• Support audits and maintain internal controls; drive process improvements and automation.
