Jobgether is seeking an experiencedAccounts Payable professional to own the end-to-end AP cycle across multiple geographies. You will validate invoices, match POs, code expenses, approve payments, and reconcile ledgers while maintaining vendor data and tax compliance.

The role requires 6–8 years of AP experience, strong Excel and Oracle Fusion skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup with occasional travel.

Formación

• CA, MBA in Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
• Six to eight years of accounts payable experience, across geographies.
• Hands-on with month-end close, account reconciliations, and audits.
• Strong knowledge of withholding taxes and indirect taxation, with regional exposures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage End-to-End Accounts Payable: procure-to-pay across countries, including invoicing, PO matching, approvals, payments, and reconciliations.
• Review and Approve Payments: align proposals with due dates, cash, and priorities.
• Monitor Vendor Balances: ageing, advances, and statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain Vendor Master Data: onboarding checks and changes to bank details.
• Coordinate Tax Activities: reconcile GSTR-2B, liaise with tax team for filings and queries.
• Strengthen Financial Controls: identify gaps and prevent duplicate or unauthorized payments.
• Support Audits: prepare AP schedules and supporting docs; address observations.
• Execute Month-End Closing: complete sub-ledger reconciliations and accruals within deadlines.
• Deliver Management Reporting: payable ageing, DPO, commitments, and cash outflows.
• Support Cash Flow Planning: provide insights for liquidity and working capital decisions.
