The ideal candidate has 10+ years in finance/analyzing KPIs, 5+ years in management, and a track record of process improvement and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• 10+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience.
• 8+ years applying KPIs to analyses and building financial/operational reports.
• 8+ years creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
• 3+ years performing financial/ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute goals for the FOAA AP functional area globally.
• Prioritize automation projects within FOAA AP to drive baseline savings.
• Lead process re-engineering with accounting requirements to maintain controllership.
• Standardize global reporting formats and define SLAs.
• Ensure central accounting deliverables meet SLA; analyze balances and explain drivers.
• Influence business decisions with data-driven analysis and clear communication.
• Facilitate financial review meetings with FinOps leadership and internal reports.
• Recruit, develop and retain top finance talent to build a world-class team.
