Amazon is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst to join the Accounting Automation Services (AATS) team within the Accounting Transformation Group. The role focuses on automating financial processes, driving controllership, and partnering with global teams to implement scalable solutions across the Worldwide Accounting organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
• Experience managing accounting/finance process improvement and/or technology projects with aggressive schedules.
• 3+ Years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own and Manage: lifecycle activities from planning to stakeholder engagement for multiple projects.
• Define requirements and design scalable, launch-ready solutions with partner teams.
• Design processes that scale with growth in volume and global dispersion.
• Communicate new/updated programs to leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with system and business owners globally to ensure process excellence and controllership.
• Identify opportunities and drive plans to capitalize and measure impact.
