Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of automation/analysis experience.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements in controllership or cost savings.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to influence automation design and implementation with financial best practices.
• Gather and document detailed functional accounting requirements and drive prioritization of technical deliverables.
• Define a project plan and identify risks and obstacles early in the project lifecycle.
• Define and execute pre-launch user acceptance testing and lead readiness assessments.
• Prioritize to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, reducing manual effort and automating reconciliations.
• Standardize communications, execution and documentation for scalable global processes.
