Salesforce is seeking a paralegal to join our global competition law practice and provide paralegal support to our in-house antitrust team. The position reports to the Head of Antitrust/Competition Legal and collaborates with lawyers, paralegals, the Corporate Development team, and other business units.

We value detail orientation, prioritization, and the ability to work across cultures in a fast-paced Fortune 500 environment. Experience as a paralegal or legal clerk is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ paralegal or legal clerk experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in preparing global regulatory filings, gathering information from internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with M&A Legal on antitrust components from pre-signing to deal execution.
• Monitor and summarize key antitrust developments worldwide.
• Support antitrust training and compliance across the business.
• Work with stakeholders, outside counsel, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate meetings and follow-up actions.
• Assist with administrative matters, including monitoring outside counsel relationships and budgets.
• Respond to fast-moving situations in a Fortune 500 tech environment.
