Responsibilities

• Lead OpenAI’s competition regulatory engagements with global authorities.
• Support regulatory clearance strategies for acquisitions and strategic transactions.
• Advise on competition-law considerations for business relationships and strategy.
• Develop competition-law enablement resources and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Corporate Legal and Corporate Development teams.
