Job summary

A leading global law firm in Washington D.C. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join its Antitrust, Competition & Economic Regulation practice. This role involves managing large-scale document retrieval and supporting complex high-profile antitrust investigations. Candidates should have 4-6 years of paralegal experience, particularly in litigation, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. The expected salary range is between $100,000 and $120,000 per annum depending on qualifications. Potential for additional bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package is also available.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in a paralegal role within a law firm or similar environment.
• Experience supporting litigation matters; antitrust and/or HSR experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage document retrieval, review, organisation, and production across large-scale matters.
• Support Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) premerger notification filings including drafting client requests.
• Conduct legal research and draft concise memoranda.
