Job summary

Amplifon Americas is seeking a Business Insights Specialist to develop and support analytics and BI solutions across the Americas. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, build scalable data models and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve decision making.

Based in Minneapolis, this hybrid role requires 2–3+ years in BI, strong SQL, data pipelines, and knowledge of tools like BigQuery, dbt, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, engineering, information systems, analytics or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, data engineering or related role.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience for querying, transforming and validating data.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data-processing concepts.
• Experience using Git and working in version-controlled analytics workflows.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and data-quality focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve scalable data models, dashboards, reports and analytics solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions with stakeholders.
• Contribute to KPI development, data visualization, documentation and user training materials.
• Investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes and coordinate corrective actions.
