Qualifications

• Graduate degree in math/statistics, CS, or related field, or marketing if possible.
• Excellent communication skills for engineers and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of program features and marketing content via customer metrics.
• Perform statistical testing of A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on program health.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to explore customer behavior.
• Apply data mining, modeling, segmentation to uncover trends and inform strategy.
