Job summary

Siemens, Raleigh NC, seeks a Senior Business Data Analyst to translate business needs into scalable data products and analytics. You will own the full analytics lifecycle, partner with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, and deliver actionable insights.

You will work with Snowflake, dbt, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Qlik, driving data-driven decisions and AI-enabled improvements. Global collaboration with NA/Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data analytics, analytics engineering, or related field.
• Advanced SQL skills with complex joins, CTEs, window functions.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to translate problems into analytics.
• Proven ability to design dashboards and data products using BI tools.
• Hands-on with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Azure, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear analytical requirements and use cases.
• Own data use cases end-to-end from discovery to adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Eng, Data Science, BI, and AI teams.
• Design dashboards and visualizations with Power BI, Qlik, or similar.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across projects.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate development and delivery.
